Zomato and Don Bosco Network:
Feeding Indians in need
Partnering to feed vulnerable communities across the country who have been affected by the COVID 19 lockdowns, Zomato and the Don Bosco Network- Bosconet, have reached out to more than 42000 people so far.
In Hyderabad, they reached out to migrant labourers from Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal through the Bosco Seva Kendra, the Don Bosco partner in Telangana.
The Don Bosco Network in India comprises of 11 Planning and Development Organisations (PDOs), each dedicated to the development of the Salesian provinces they serve. The Don Bosco network is spread across 29 states and 354 NGOs, reaching more than 10 lakh people.
