Don Bosco Navajeevan, Hyderabad assisted The Women Development and Child Welfare Department in opening seven transit homes for children. The homes are for children whose parents are currently quarantined or hospitalised due to Covid-19. These homes will have a warden, consultant doctor, counsellor and cook to help and take care of the children.

Every home can accommodate at least 20 children, below the age of 14. The support is crucial for the kids will be provided free shelter, food, recreational activities and psychosocial support.
