Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive CSR and fundraising strategies to mobilize resources from corporates, PSUs, foundations, trusts, institutions, HNIs, events, and individual donors across India
• Identify, develop, and close new and long-term CSR partnerships, including multi-year engagements
• Plan and execute corporate fundraising initiatives such as employee engagement, payroll giving, donation drives, cause-related marketing, and fundraising permissions in public spaces
• Design and implement national and emergency fundraising campaigns aligned with organizational priorities
• Build and manage relationships with CSR heads, sustainability teams, and senior decision-makers
• Ensure end-to-end donor management including MOUs/agreements, utilization tracking, impact reporting, and regular communication
• Ensure compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, in coordination with finance and legal teams
• Lead, mentor, and manage the CSR and fundraising team; set targets and monitor performance
• Collaborate with communications teams to enhance branding, visibility, co-promotions, and donor-facing impact storytelling

Eligibility Requirements

• MBA / MSW / Master’s in Marketing, Resource Mobilization, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate fundraising / corporate marketing within the NGO sector
• Proven experience in cause-related marketing tie-ups and fundraising events
• Strong knowledge of CSR compliance under Section 135, Companies Act, 2013
• Certification in CSR compliance from a recognized institution is an added advantage
• Good network with corporates and government officials
• Strong communication, leadership, and result-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel PAN India as required

Remuneration: ₹5,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and competence)
