Discovering True Potentials

Don Bosco Network standing by marginalized people makes many efforts to give opportunities to give access resources to live a dignified life. On 25 March 2021 it completed, a yearlong Capacity Building program to a network Civil Society Organizations(CSO) in collaboration with its professional partner and implementing unit, Bosco Seva Kendra (BSK), Hyderabad.

The program trained 30 trainers of trainers (ToTs) and 220 CSO leaders. Bosco Seva Kendra played pivotal role in networking and mobilising CSO partners in the twin Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The capacity-building training was designed on the five modules of: Participatory approach, Advocacy skills, Lobbying skills, Negotiation skills, and Access to welfare schemes.

The capacity building program reached out to the participation of 48,750 people, out of which 32,500 people have been assisted in discovering their potential to live as productive self-reliant citizens of India
