Key Responsibilities

CSR Fundraising & Donor Support

● Support CSR fundraising initiatives with corporates, foundations, trusts, institutions, and individual donors
● Assist in preparing CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, and presentations
● Coordinate follow-ups with corporates for approvals, documentation, and fund disbursement
● Support donor onboarding and relationship management
● Identify and research potential CSR opportunities and corporate leads
● Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with CSR teams
● Support execution of employee engagement activities, donation drives, events, and campaigns
● Maintain updated donor and CSR partner databases

Compliance, Reporting & Coordination

● Support compliance with CSR provisions under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013
● Assist in preparation of Utilization Certificates (UCs), donor reports, and impact reports
● Coordinate with programme, finance, and communications teams for timely data collection and reporting
● Support CSR monitoring visits, impact documentation, audits, and donor reviews

Eligibility & Qualifications

● MBA / MSW / Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Marketing, or related field
● 2–5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, NGO fundraising, or corporate engagement
● Basic understanding of CSR frameworks and donor expectations
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Willingness to travel occasionally for donor or project coordination
● Exposure to CSR proposals, donor reporting, and CSR portals preferred
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Remuneration: ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
