On the 12th of October, 2021, the inauguration and one-day project orientation for the selected TOT CSOs for the 2nd & 3rd cycles of “Capacity building of CSOs to promote awareness and empower people to avail their welfare benefits” was organized.

It was held at the Don Bosco Youth Animation Centre, Ennore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu with the coordination of SURABI, the program development office of Don Bosco Salesian Chennai Province.Mr. Louis Manohar, National Coordinator, Bosconet, was the facilitator of the program. Father Noel Madhichetty presided over the meeting and Father Leo Joseph, Director, Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Chennai was the chief guest.
