Bridging the gap between skills and employment, the Skilling Program by Bosconet was designed to prepare marginalized youth for real-world job opportunities through hands-on, industry-aligned training. Implemented across Maharashtra (Chinchwad), Telangana (Gagilapur), and Tamil Nadu (Chennai), in partnership with Bajaj Finserv from August 2024 to June 2025. This initiative equipped 484 youth with practical skills and workplace readiness, enabling a smoother transition into sustainable livelihoods.

Key Interventions & Impact
● Enrolled and trained 484 youth from marginalized communities
● Delivered vocational training in trades such as Electrical Vehicle Assistant, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing, Tailoring, and Automobile Mechanics
● Organised exposure visits to industry units for practical learning
● Provided job placement assistance with regular follow-ups
● Achieved 402 successful placements (83% placement rate)

Strengthening Livelihood Opportunities
By combining skill training with industry exposure and placement support, the program by Bosconet enabled youth to secure employment and generate income. It strengthened confidence, improved living standards, and created pathways for long-term economic stability among marginalized communities.
