Financial barriers often prevent children from continuing their education, especially in low-income households. Recognising this challenge, Bosconet, in partnership with Jugend Eine Welt, implemented the Scholarship Aid for Children in Karnataka during 2024–25 to support underprivileged students aged 6–21. Through a need-based selection process, the initiative ensured that financial assistance reached deserving students, enabling them to stay in school and pursue their academic goals without interruption.
Key Interventions & Impact
● Awarded scholarships to 38 underprivileged students
● Reduced financial stress on families, ensuring uninterrupted education
● Supported student retention across multiple education levels
● Enabled access to essential academic resources
Strengthening Access to Education
The initiative played a crucial role in sustaining students’ educational journeys by addressing immediate financial needs. Bosconet reinforced the value of consistent learning and created opportunities for students to progress academically with greater confidence and security.
