In partnership with HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt. Ltd., Bosconet is promoting the adoption of renewable energy across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, West Bengal, and Telangana through its ongoing Renewable Energy for Social Development programme.

During this phase, a total of 371 kW of solar power is planned, with 137 kW already commissioned. Each installation is undergoing structural preparation, panel mounting, system testing, and optimisation, ensuring maximum energy generation and long-term reliability across all sites.

Driving Sustainable Change Through Solar Energy

The initiative continues to install and commission solar power systems across multiple centres, reducing carbon emissions and operational electricity costs. Solar modules are structurally prepared, mounted, tested, and optimised for maximum energy performance, with the generated power fed into the local grid to support a shift from conventional to sustainable energy sources.

Each system is being closely monitored for efficiency and long-term reliability. Savings from reduced electricity expenditure are being redirected to support 1,445 students with educational assistance and job-oriented skill training, demonstrating how renewable energy infrastructure is simultaneously advancing environmental sustainability and expanding developmental opportunities for vulnerable children.
