The Multimedia and Design (M.A.D) program focused on building industry- relevant digital design skills among 50 youth during the period 2023-24. Bosconet enabled them to access opportunities in the media and creative sectors. Implemented in Tamil Nadu (Tiruchirappalli), the program combined technical training with practical exposure, preparing participants for employment through structured learning, internships, and placement support.

● Mobilised and enrolled beneficiaries through community outreach and digital campaigns
● Delivered training in design software including Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Lightroom, InDesign, and Illustrator
● Conducted seminars, workshops, and events to strengthen practical knowledge
● Facilitated internships in media firms across two training batches
● Provided placement support for employment opportunities
● Achieved 96% course completion rate

Enabling Careers in the Creative Sector
The program resulted in 64% of the trained students securing employment in media firms, with an average monthly income of ₹12,000. Bosconet strengthened technical skills and opened pathways for 50 youth to enter the creative industry with confidence.
