In collaboration with CMS Infoservices Pvt. Ltd, this transformative initiative is empowering underprivileged youth from low-income rural households. The project is centered at DB MIDEA (Don Bosco Media Initiatives for Development Empowerment and Awareness) in Manikandam, Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Activities in Motion:
● Six-month skill Training in Multimedia and Design for underprivileged youth at DB MIDEA, offering them valuable skills for a promising future.
● On-the-job training, equipping them with practical experience.
● Placement Services to ensure these young individuals find suitable employment opportunities.
● Handholding Support with ongoing support and guidance to help youth navigate their career paths successfully.

Results Anticipated:
The initiative holds high expectations for its beneficiaries:
● It is anticipated that at least 90% of the beneficiaries will secure employment opportunities with an average monthly salary range of Rs. 10,000-Rs. 15,000.
● Sixteen trainees have been mobilized, and upon completion of their training, they will embark on a one-month internship at a media services establishment. They will receive institutional certificates upon successfully clearing the final assessment.

This initiative is not only bridging the skill gap but also providing underprivileged youth with a chance to break the cycle of poverty and secure a brighter future. Through multimedia and design skills, these young individuals are empowered to thrive in the ever-evolving job market.
