The Don Bosco Education and Animation for Leadership (DEAL) program supports youth aspiring to civil service careers through structured guidance and mentorship. Implemented in Chennai and Tamil Nadu during 2024-25, in partnership with Misiones Salesianas. Through this initiative, Bosconet enabled students to prepare for competitive examinations while building leadership and a strong orientation towards public service.
